pasion por la fruta...fruit passion

Unos de los motivos por lo que estado un poco ausente del blog y el mundo blogger ha sido que he estado disfrutando de una semana de descanso y relax al sol en la playa y el otro ha sido este DIY que os muestro hoy.

Estamos en el verano donde los motivos frutales, tropicales y selváticos han sido los reyes de los estampados, hemos podido verlos en todo tipo de prendas, desde firmas low cost a grandes diseñadores. He de reconocer que es unos de los estampados que mas me atraen, y alguna prenda ya se encuentra en el armario, como podéis ver aquí. Pero en esta ocasión quería que fuese algo mas personal, para la que me puse manos a la obra.

One of the reasons so I've been a bit absent from the blog and the blogger world has been that I have been enjoying a week off and relax in the sun at the beach and the other ona was this DIY that I want show you today. 

We are in the summer where fruit, tropical and jungle motifs have been the kings of the prints, we have seen them in all sorts of garments, from low cost to most famous  designers. I must admit that is one of the patterns that appeal to me more, and some clothes are already in my closet, as you can see here. But this time I wanted it to be something more personal, for which I set to work. 

Para este DIY vamos a necesitar un polo, yo he elegido el color blanco, un bastidor de madera, hilo de algodón de colores, una plantilla con el motivo a plasmar en el polo y mucha paciencia.

For this DIY we will need a polo shirt, I chose a  white one, a wooden frame, colored cotton thread, a template with the motive to drow in the polo shirt and patience.

He dibujado diferentes tipos de frutas en un papel, y una vez realizado esta boceto, trasladamos la plantilla a el polo en la posición donde queremos que ubicar nuestro dibujo, yo he elegido una fresa en el pecho, y el dibujo va desde la parte trasera a la delantera.

I have drawn different types of fruit in a paper, and once this sketch has done, move the template to the polo in the position where we want to place our drawing, I chose a strawberry in the chest, and the principal drawing is from back to front.

Una vez que ya tenemos el polo con el diseño, colocamos el bastidor, el motivo de usar bastidor es el de tensar la tela y nos sea mas cómoda la tarea de relleno y este quede uniforme y vamos rellenando el dibujo con los hilos de algodón en los colores seleccionados.

Once we have the poloe with the design, place the rack frame the reason to use this frame is to tighten the fabric and let us more comfortable with the task of filling and this is uniform and will fill the drawing with cotton yarns in the colors selected.

Y después de un poco de paciencia y algunas horas de trabajo aquí esta el resultado. Ya tienes un polo personalizado a tu gusto y único.

And after a bit of patience and a few hours of work here is the result. Already you have a customized and unique polo.

DIY

Hace tiempo que quería mostraros esta publicación  se trata de un DIY que realice este verano, la tenia un poco descuidada y ahora en un buen momento,  para compensar los últimos post  que he  publicado y parecía que el verano había terminado. Pues no, aun nos quedan días de verano por disfrutar. Que nuestros looks sigan teniendo color antes de pasar a colores mas invernales.

Para este DIY he utilizado unos vaqueros que tenia en el fondo del armario, hilos de colores, un tela blanca y un taco de lija.

I wanted to show you this publication long time ago it's a DIY I performed this summer, I had it a little forget  and now it's  a good time to show it, to compensate the last post I posted and it seemed that summer was over. We still have to enjoy summer days. Let our looks still having color before moving on to more winter colors.

For this DIY I used a pair of jeans I had in the back of the closet, colored threads, a white cloth and sanding block.

Con el taco de lija he desgastado parte del vaquero para hacer unos rotos, dejando la parte blanca del entramado del tejido del pantalón  Una vez ya tienes desgastado el vaquero a tu gusto, el siguiente paso fue colocar la tela blanca por el interior del pantalón para así reforzarlo para que no se rompa con los lavados y poder realizar el siguiente paso mas fácilmente.

Una vez sujeta esta pieza de tela, he rellenado estos rotos con  hilos de colores, si lo haces a maquina es mucho mas rápido y uniforme, yo he optado por hacerlo a mano algo mas lento y desigual.

With the sanding block I've worned out part of the jeans to broken them, leaving the white part of the fabric of woven pants. worn Once you already worn out the jeans  as you like, the next step was to place the white cloth inside the pants for reinforce and to not break when you washings them and to make the next step more easily.

Once this piece of cloth attached, I filled the broken with colored threads, if you have a machine is much more quickly and uniform, I have chosen to do it by hand somewhat slower and uneven.

Bueno este es el resultado final del DIY, unos coloridos rotos que han servido para transformar el pantalón y que parezca otro. 

Well this is the result of my DIY, a colorful broken that have served to change the pants look and look like another.
