Se van aproximando fechas muy especiales y siempre esta bien tener en mente algún detalle, ya bien sea para una pareja, si no es el caso siempre hay una madre, hermana o alguna amiga con la que poder expresar y gratificar que están a nuestro lado incondicionalmente tanto si lo necesitamos como si no.

Las propuesta de hoy aúnan el buen saber hacer de Viktor and Rolf y la maestría de Atelier Svarosvki, nos muestran una elegante colección para amantes de la moda y las joyas. Con precios muy asequibles desde 80€ a 950€ (es el precio mas caro y pertenece a la gargantilla), el resto de piezas son mas asequibles. La colección se divide en dos líneas: "Frozen Cristal", que contrasta mate y piedras de cristal brillantes en tonos oscuros  como son diamante negro y Jet; y "Velvet Rock", que tiene que ver con cristal recubierto de terciopelo. La idea era mezclar el brillo con color gris texturizado emulando el fieltro que cubre el interior de la nueva flagship store en París. La colección al completo la podéis ver aquí.

The collection is divided into two lines: "Frozen Crystal", contrasting matte and shiny glass stones in dark shades are black as Jet and Diamond; and "Velvet Rock," which has to do with velvet coated glass. sabes lo que es furoshiki?... do you know what is furoshiki?

Estamos en la época del año donde se concentran la mayor cantidad de  B.B.C. (bodas, bautizos y comuniones), hoy no os voy a proponer ningún dress code para dichos eventos, sino de como sorprender a los anfitriones del evento, con un envoltorio milenario japones. También te puede valer para regalos de cumpleaños y navidades. Ya anteriormente os había propuesto algunos opciones de envoltorio, puedes verlo pinchando aquí.

Esta técnica conocida con Furoshiki, se basa en una tela cuadrada que pueden ir desde los 20cm a 240cm. Se puede utilizar cualquier tipo de material, seda, lana, algodón, etc,  con una gran variedad de colores y texturas. Originalmente se utilizaban para el Ofuro (baño japones), se remonta a la era Nara, pero se hace mas popular en la Edo, cuando los baños públicos se ponen de moda, el Furoshiki se usaba para dejar la ropa y trasportar artículos de aseo.

En la actualidad ha perdido su concepto original y ha pasado a utilizarse como una moda ecológica a la hora de envolver regalos, o de llevar un bolso único hecho por ti mismo. Es reutilizable y puede albergar otras utilidades.

Dependiendo de la habilidosa/o que sea puedes llegar a realizar unos envoltorios muy sorprendentes, hay una gran variedad de estilos, aquí tienes alguno ejemplos para que pongas a prueba tu habilidad.

Lo mas común para realizar un Furoshiki utilizar telas con motivos tradicionales como peces y dragones, pero que tal si para sorprender un poco mas utilizamos unos fulares algo mas especiales. En primero lugar azul con motivos florales de Gucci, calaveras y azul, negro y rojo con motivos de insectos ambos de Alexander McQueen, gaviotas y letras chinas de Uniqlo, loros multicolor de Balmain.

The most common use for a furoshiki is with traditional fabrics like fish and dragons, but what if to surprise a little something else use a special scarves. In first place blue floral by Gucci, skulls and blue, black and red insect motifs both by Alexander McQueen, gulls and Chinese letters of Uniqlo, multicolored parrots by Balmain.

noche de reyes ..... kings night

Mañana es una noche especial, es la noche de reyes, donde ponemos nuestras ilusiones pendiente de ofrecer nuestros detalles a nuestros seres queridos o esperando recibir algún que otro detalle.
